Does Invisalign hurt?

While the trays put a little pressure on your teeth when new, this will ease over time. And, many people find them much more comfortable than traditional braces. In addition, you can take them in and out whenever you want, though you’ll need to ensure you get enough wear out of them during the day.

How much does Invisalign cost?

We offer various payment options for the treatment, with some plans covering 5 years – just see below. Prices vary according to what you present with, but averages between £2,200 and £4,200.

How long does Invisalign take?

Invisalign braces treatment averages 6-18 months, but varies on a case-by-case basis.  You’ll need to book in every 6 weeks to check your treatment’s on track. After your treatment’s finished, you’ll need to wear night time retainers to keep your new smile looking its best.

Who is Invisalign suitable for?

The majority of teens and adults with overbite, gaps and other conditions can have the treatment, but our orthodontist will be able to properly advise you – that’s why we have an initial consultation for the treatment.

How often will I need a new aligner?

You will need new Invisalign braces every 2 weeks, and you will also need to come back and see us every 4-8 weeks to ensure your treatment is on track.

Do Invisalign only make adult braces?

The Invisalign full brace is recommended for adults, but Invisalign Teen is a version, especially suited to teenage mouths. Blue dot indicators on the side of the aligner will inform you of when the next aligner is required.
